All Sales Are Final
We follow a strict No Return, No Exchange policy. Once your order has been processed, all sales are considered final and non-refundable, unless the specific pair and size you ordered are unavailable.
Processing & Availability
Please be advised that we require 4–8 business days for order processing. This applies to items that will be sourced from our network of suppliers. Items marked as on-hand (listed in our Google Sheet) are not subject to this lead time.
Important Terms
- After sending payment, you must provide a photo or screenshot of the deposit/transfer slip.
- Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable once your order is processed.
- All sales are final. We do not allow returns or exchanges.
- Orders are subject to size availability.
- We are not liable for any item damage after the transaction. There is no warranty.
- Sending payment means you fully understand and agree to these terms.
